Awards

The Civil Service Excellence and Innovation Awards (CSEIA) are held annually and were established under the Civil Service Renewal Plan to recognise the achievements of civil servants and showcase examples of best practice and innovation in Government Departments and Offices.

Our ability to carry out the work of Government and deliver ‘world class’ public services is dependent on the commitments we as civil servants make, often in challenging circumstances.

The Awards recognise these achievements, and showcase innovations in policy and service delivery across the Civil Service. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, an online recognition event was held in 2020 in lieu of the annual CSEIA.
