This event took place on Friday 11 March, 2022.
In line with the new Civil Service Renewal 2030 Strategy and the recently launched CSR 2024 Action Plan, we hosted a web event to explore some of the Workplace of the Future actions under the Workforce, Workplace and Organisation of the Future theme. In particular, we focussed on the following actions:
- Foster workforce equality, diversity, inclusion and well-being
- Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with Civil Service values
We had presentations on the Civil Service Health and Wellbeing Framework, a demonstration of the Equality Diversity and Inclusion toolkit and a presentation on the Public Sector Duty.
Our speakers were:
- Doncha O’Sullivan, Department of Justice
